What We Do

JobWorthy is a cloud platform that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enable colleges and vocational schools to customize their class offerings for the future needs of its students. Colleges use the platform to create competencies, a.k.a. terms that hiring managers use to describe the specific knowledge, skills and abilities they seek in a candidate. Employers then input talent needs in their own words and instantly see relevant competencies generated by JobWorthy's state-of-the-art AI engine. This means that deans and instructors now have the unprecedented privilege of having an accurate picture of how their students qualify for internships and jobs as they progress through their study.

Why We Do It

As the labor market continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace, millions of jobs are becoming automated. Often this can cause problems as some candidates are not appropriately trained for a specific need. This is why we created JobWorthy. We saw a need to transform the way colleges engage with the industry and wanted to bridge the skills gap.

The traditional methods of intervention no longer work, and there is a need for a unique, out of the box approach that deeply integrates the latest technology into the fabric of the educational ecosystem. We truly believe in the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its ability to create substantial value and have thus created a solution that strikes the right balance between the benefits AI offers and the level of disruption that it introduces. We are passionate about what we do and seek to take it as far as we can.

Founder's Story
